What is your jewellery made of?
Each product page lists its materials. Our gold everyday pieces are stainless steel with an 18k gold PVD finish. Our premium pieces are 925 sterling silver, some set with moissanite or cubic zirconia.
Is it waterproof?
Pieces marked Waterproof on the product page are made from stainless steel with a PVD finish and can be worn in the shower, at the gym and in the sea. See Our Waterproof Promise. For sterling silver and plated pieces, please follow the care tips below.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
We choose materials that meet UK limits for nickel release. If you have a known metal allergy, please check the materials on the product page or email us before ordering.
Does it come gift-wrapped?
Yes – every order arrives in a Tiyaraa gift box. We never include prices in the parcel, so you can send it straight to the lucky person.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days and most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days after that. See our Delivery policy.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns policy.
Caring for your jewellery
- Last on, first off. Put jewellery on after perfume, hairspray and lotion.
- Wipe after wearing with a soft, dry cloth to keep the shine.
- Store separately in your Tiyaraa box or pouch so pieces don't scratch each other.
- Sterling silver naturally darkens over time. A silver polishing cloth brings it back to life. Store it in a dry place.
- Avoid harsh chemicals such as chlorine and cleaning products, which can dull any finish over time.
