Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Tiyaraa jewellery. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes. You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after you receive it. This includes sale items.

How do I start a return?
Email contact@tiyaraa.co.uk with your order number. You don't need to give a reason. Then send the item back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.

What condition should the item be in?
Please return it unworn, in its original packaging, using a tracked service. If an item has been worn or handled more than is needed to look at it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. In that case we cover the cost.

When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving the item back (or of you giving us proof of postage, if earlier). The refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid and goes to your original payment method.

Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and the hygiene seal is unbroken. If the seal has been opened, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Can I return personalised items?
Items made or engraved to your request (for example, personalised initials) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Email us with your order number and a photo as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods within 30 days of delivery, and to a repair or replacement after that.

Can I exchange an item?
If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

What if I haven't received my refund yet?
Please check your bank account first, as processing times can vary between banks. If it still hasn't arrived, email contact@tiyaraa.co.uk.
